PAYMENT PLANS:
Standard:
Balance due by Oct. 15, 2008
Monthly: 3 payments, Oct. 15, Nov. 15, and Dec. 15, 2008.
Parent(s) registering one swimmer will pay a total of $285 for the 13 week session;
this includes the $25 QO fee.
Parent(s) pay $100 deposit with Registration, leaving a balance of $185 to be paid monthly:
$61, due by Oct. 15,
$62, due by Nov. 15, $62, due by Dec. 15.
Of course you may pay the outstanding balance at any
time before Dec. 15.
DISCOUNTS (applicable to all programs)
Example: You may take a
5% discount for each additional child after the first child, regardless of the
particular program in which the child is enrolled.
Jane pays full cost -
1 hr. wk. = $260.00 + $25 QO Energy Fee
Jane’s sister 5% discount -
1 hr. wk. = $247.00 + $25 QO Energy Fee
Jane’s brother 10% discount -
1 hr. wk. = $234.00 + $25 QO Energy Fee
Jane’s 2nd brother 15% discount -
1 hr. wk. = $221.00 + $25 QO Energy Fee
